Humm Zero has no sugar! How is this possible?
First, Humm starts with tea. Then, they add sugar (counterintuitive, we know, but bear with us). From there, they add kombucha culture and with their special fermentation process, they are able to get rid of all the sugar, but still keeps all the good-for-you probiotics. They use natural sweeteners Monk Fruit and Allulose (which is found in whole foods like figs). Lastly, they carbonate it and throw that live, raw goodness in a can. Tada!
